From start to finish Eric was great to work with. He knew the area and helped us find a house that would work for us. Spent time during odd hours answering questions and resolving concerns that we had by either text or phone call. He explained parts of the home buying process that we were unfamiliar with to make us more confident in what we were doing. He was clear and transparent in what was needed from us to close on our house in time. Very friendly and professional.

When I was looking to buy a new condo, he was always very knowledgeable, and very responsive and attentive to my concerns, and always had answers to my questions. Eric is also always on top of the latest market trends and tools to help buyers and sellers maximize the value they can get out of their real estate transactions! He also has a great network of inspectors, lenders, and repairmen and helped me navigate the buying process while we were under contract and he and his referrals helped me get my condo setup after I bought with him. Working with Eric was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely organized, very attentive to detail and his plan is executed to perfection. We actually listed with a different agent in 2019 and it did not work out. With Eric we had 15 showings in the first day and were under contract within 72 hours with all offers above asking price and 2 WELL above asking price. The best part is that he continues to take care of you even after closing date has passed. We left some items on the old house and he connected with the new owners and shipped the items across the country for us. I'll be making sure to recommend him to anybody that is selling a home in SLC and surrounding areas.
